DEPOSITS: •There is a $15 deposit due at the time of booking, deposits are non- refundable. LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS: •I'm big on time, my late fees are enforced, if you're too late I will not hesitate to cancel your appointment, please be on time. •Late fee is $15 after 10 mins, after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. •If you need to cancel please do so in a timely manner, preferably 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. •No call, no shows will be prohibited from booking with me in the future. •$40 for same day appointments PLEASE DO NOT: •Bring any extra people with you to your appointment. •No children are allowed at your appointment. •If you're feeling sick please do not book an appointment. •Shampoo, condition and blow dry included with all services. •I will need all lace 2 days prior to your appointment. •$40 same day squeeze in fee. Any cancellations must be made 24hrs prior. No call, no shows will be charged half the service fee
